Pointing Device and Cursor


Normally, a pointing device has two to three buttons :

1st button (Left Button)

Use to select a point or select an object


2nd button (Right Button)

If you place the cursor inside the graphic window, this button is eauivalent to the [Enter] key

If you place the cursor on an icon, this button brings up the Toolbar dialog box

If you place the cursor in the command line interface or in a dialog box, this buttton brings up a pop-up menu


3rd button (Central Button/2nd button with [Shift] key)

You can use the wheel to zoom and pan in your drawing without using any commands.
